How do monthly tokens work in Folota?
Every registered user receives 10 Free Tokens on the first of each month. When you subscribe to Pro (100 tokens/month) or Business (350 tokens/month), you receive additional Premium Tokens. Each prompt generation consumes tokens according to complexity, using Free Tokens first before drawing from your Premium balance.
Do my Premium Tokens expire at the end of the billing cycle?
No. Free Tokens refresh to 10 on the first of each calendar month, while your Premium Tokens rollover and remain in your active balance for as long as your subscription is maintained.
What happens if I downgrade my plan to Starter?
All your existing created projects remain completely safe, stored, and viewable. If you have more than 2 projects, you won't be able to create new projects until you either upgrade or archive older ones.
Can I export my project code and host it anywhere?
Yes! Subscribers on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans can export their entire repository as a clean .ZIP archive containing production-ready React / Tailwind code with full TypeScript definitions. You own 100% of the code.
What payment methods are supported?
We support major Indonesian and international payment methods including QRIS, Virtual Accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), credit cards, and e-wallets. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer / corporate invoicing.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime?
Yes. When you switch to yearly billing, your 20% discount is applied immediately and prorated against any remaining time on your current billing period.
